We were able to pick up Paul today and bring him home. He looks good except for his arm. They had to remove the PICC line as he was starting to form a clot. His arm is incredibly swollen, the skin is very tight but it doesn't hurt (thankfully). He will have another line put in on August 8th. In the meantime he has to give himself an injection in his belly of a blood thinner twice a day.
Poor guy, if it's not one thing it's another.
