The cells have arrived after their long trip from Germany!
As of 2:54 am the blood started to flow and Paul is going to be a new man. Well hopefully the same man - but healthy! It will take about 15-20 minutes to finish. Thank you God and thank you to the wonderful man who has so generously given us this chance at a new life for Paul. After a year we have the opportunity to contact the donor. I think Paul, Alayna, and I will be making a trip to Germany soon. : )

How cool would that be to meet the man that gave Paul a VERY valuable gift! I pray that you will all get to take that trip together (and all healthy)!
my thoughts and prayers are with you, Paul and your family...cancer just plain sucks, no other way to say it, right?...but such wonderful news to have found a donor!
